: I'm a retired US citizen living in Portugal, thinking of moving to Le Havre, France. I have begun learning French so am at a very beginner level, but love to help friends improve their English. I'm happy to help with your English and you can help me a bit with my French. My intention is to learn enough French to get by before moving to France. I will visit Le Havre the first week of October to see how I like it. I taught astronomy many years, so am also happy to answer your astronomy questiions.
