: I am a native English speaker who wants to learn Patois and/or Spanish. I am married to a Jamaican who can speak Patois but needs to practice. So I figure if I learn some then it will easier for him to practice and get reacquainted with the language. If you know any children's songs/books, that would be great. I understand much more Spanish than I can speak and can speak in very basic sentences. I also have several different chat platforms I can use so don't let the WhatsApp discourage you.
