I am a third-generation Japanese American. Our family spoke only English growing up so I never learned Japanese as a child :-( I studied a bit in college and have traveled to Japan but would like to learn more and practice speaking. I also lived in Taiwan for 4 years and used to be able to converse in Mandarin, but that was a long time ago and I am very rusty. |
